Received ptc card in the mail, immediately notified ptc rep that I had not, nor desired to, receive their card. I was told that I had agreed to and authorized the transaction via a phone call I had received from their rep. I distinctly recall informing the rep that I was trying to get out of debt and not into debt. She told me the offer would remain available for two weeks if I should desire to take it. I never called nor spoke to anyone from ptc until I received their card in the mail. I checked with my bank and ptc had indeed taken $89.00 from my account. Upset and angry is putting it lightly, I called ptc immediately. Avoid this company.
