Gerard Ferrentino Stole money, hires illegal workers, pays them cash off the books, money launders thru other companies

Gerard Ferrentino who is a partner with New Line Stone has been writing checks from his company to other businesses, cashing them and pocketing the money. He does most of his business in cash with various amounts of kickbacks. He employs about 10-15 workers who are illegal, no green cards, pays them on a weekly basis and does not provide health benefits to them.

An accident a few years back, a worker got killed, the parents sued New Line Stone and they had to settle and pay-out $100,000 to the employees family. The company operates heavy machinery without license workers to handle such equipment.
