Warranty Refund

I purchased a Prius from Menlove Dodge Toyota. I also purchases the extended warranty on the condition that I would get the money back if I did not use the warranty. Ihave called the phone number on the contract. Another business answers the phone. I cannot find Signet, but I am reading on the internet that they are not issuing refunds. I am complaining here if thereis any action on this matter.
