AllProTVParts.com is an impressive site, but it is a one man operation. If you try to contact him by phone you will find his English very poor, it's hard to understand him. We have ordered parts from many places for lots of years and this is the place you want to stay away from. He has no customer service!!!

We ordered a Sony main board to replace a customer's board that had a bad HDMI input. His board was dead on arrival and he will not give a refund or replace the board. Allprotvparts.com should be called alllies, com.

We now have to go through a lengthily ordeal to dispute the credit card payment.
