Do Not Dontate to Helping Hands! Abuse to the word nonprofit. Customers are treated unfairly

Customers are not treated fairly on the pricing. Are prices set by the way you look? The Same employee gave 50% mark up to 1 of the 2 customers who shopped hours apart on the same day. I have seen both locations use this common practice to change the price at the register by stating the wrong price is marked and wanting more for the item. So are prices based on the way you look, or the cashier deciding the price is marked to low. And yes I know customers have been known to find clever ways to change pricing, this is clearly not the case from my shop experiences at Helping Hands.

Rude employees. Ignored by employees as I stood at the register forced to over hear employees discussing what items they are borrowing. Nonprofit letting your donated items be borrowed by employees who are to busy to help the paying customer. I don't know many employers who let you borrow store inventory. Are the borrowed items really returned or is that code for I want that for free. So are employees getting 1st pick, free items that you donated. This nonprofit clearly has a problem with miss use of donated items.

You should not donate any items to Helping Hands until board members make changes or add polices to Help Hands in Rockwall & Helping Hands in Royse City to correct this discrimination behavior.
