Dan Clark, Dennis Scott I paid 2,500 for a loan modification and now I can't get ahold of any one

I paid Home Care Alliance Grouip 2,500 for a load modification. I paid them in June and still have no information on the outcome. I have tried calling them for a week and emailing them, I have not heard back from anyone. I have contacted the FTC reference # 32381348 I am fighting to get my funds back. I will be contacting the attorney general and the bonds company.
