Home Care Alliance Group promised to provided services that would result in a Loan Modification and lower the principle mortgage of my home. They claimed they were working with government grant money to save peoples homes.

After making 3 payments of 815 dollars they provided me with a pre-approval letter promising an interest rate under 3.5 percent and a 30 year fixed mortgage. After several months of emails and phone calls they eventually quit retuning calls and emails and failed to provided any services.

I have called my bank with hopes of getting a refund but after 60 days, the policy is not to refund any money that was taken via echeck or personal check. The scam artist understand this and thats why they string you along for several month and will not take credit cards as a payment.

Gerald Stone, Dennis Scott, Candi Gardern, and Stephanie Smith all worked with me through Home Care Alliance Group and instructed me NOT to speak with my mortgage company. They claimed that their company had a legal team in action that would use the language and proper steps needed and represent me in any mortgage issues relating to a loan modification or principle reduction.

Several times they suggested that I not pay my mortgage in order to speed up the process. Thank God I did not follow this advice cause not only would I be out the $2465.00, I would also have my credit destroyed.

Home Care Alliance group promises a full refund if they are unable to provided the services they advertise but they simply avoid all communication hoping you will give up.
