Payment for modification was made, no services were provided

I was contacred by Dan Clark and offered a Loan Modification. I recieved documents to complete, sign and return in addition to a payment of $1995.00 for service cost. A modification agreement from Dan Clark E-mailed to me with a guarantee aproval.

As time went by I questined Dan Clark about my Mortgae Company contacting me with notice of late payment. Since that conversation communication ended. I have attempte to contact Dan Clark by phoe, fax, E-mail and even thrue his alledge asistan and he will not retun my calls, neither will his assistan answer the phone. It has been five weeks of no contact.
