First Student Bus Company
They Are Ridiculous!

I Seriously have doubts about the safety of our children with this company. My daughter calls me from her cell phone, she was scared because the driver was screaming at the kids using profanity. I told her to hand the bus driver the phone but she was too scared. I called First Student to complain and was asked what is the physical bus number. I only had her route number. She told me she couldn't help me because there was no way for her to know what bus it was! Shouldn't the bus company know what bus number are assigned to what route? It's crazy! I called and left a message with the company owner. If he doesn't call me back by tomorrow i will send the voice recording of the bus driver to New Channel 8 and The New Haven register. So everyone can hear how these drivers talk to our children when we're not around!
