Unauthorized Monthly Charges for Six Months With No Phone Number

I did not authorized the charges for 6 months till now.
It was charges to my credit card every month till I look it up my statements that have been charges for so many months and do not have any phone number to call to verify the charges.
If they have any possible can you help to stop this charges.
