Monthly Charges taken from my back account that I did not authorize

There have been charges of $34.95 withdrawn monthly for several months. I called and they would not provide me information as to what these charges were concerning. I advised they were not authorized and was informed someone used my card to make the charges but they could not give me information.

I advised no further charges were authorized and they would not accept that from me. They told me I could not discontinue the charges. I have had to call my bank and get new cards made and cancel the cards to stop this. This is a total rip off.
