I have attempted to contact you since I noticed something over 12 years old on my credit report, which is not within the guideline of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, As of this date of this letter I am going to send a copy of your letter along with mine to the Government entity that controls False credit reporting I have 3 witnesses on a conversation I had with the collection company out of Massachusetts you place this with, Shawn contacted me he said he was from T-Mobile and was very rude and stated to me! Quote! I make sure it stays on your credit report until you die. I know you’re playing games, to set this record straight I demand a copy of the so called agreement they said I signed with your company and I believe I never did business with you, see I worked for Verizon from 1999 and on and they provided all use with free phone service so I believe your barking at the wrong dog. I will expect this signed agreement you say I have so it can be sent to a lab in California to verify my writing, because I know it is not mine.
