I ordered an airsoft gun for my son for christmas. We wanted to try the gun before we gave it to him. The cocking mechanism broke on the first try. I emailed them to get a refund as i didn't want another one if it broke that easily. They said there was a 3 day return policy. This is absolutely absurd! I called them on the 4th day, a monday and was on hold for 23 minutes and disconnected so i emailed them and they absolutely refused to give me a refund. They offered to replace it only if i pay them 10.18 for shipping. The gun cost 24.00 are you kidding me?
