All summer long I have been getting phone calls form this company called card member asking to fix my credit. The first 6 calls I just hung up, the next 5 calls I would press 2 and speak to an operator and tell them I am on the do not call list and to stop calling me. This work up until Thursday morning at 1:45 AM when they called again. (Here is my story we took our one and only son to college in downtown Boston 8 days ago, since then there has been a dorm go up in flames, countless shootings and stabbings) So when our phone rang at 1:45 in the morning what do you think we thought.
Our son is dead, hurt or needs our help. You need to stop this company from making anymore phone calls to people that ask them to stop and to never call anyones home after 8:00 at night.
Please let me know how you plan on handling this...
