Excessive calling Ripoff

Over the past en days I have received more than 20 calls from NCO Financials. Each asks to speak to Ben. At first I simplay responded there was no Ben at this number and they answered sorry it must be a wrong number. After several of these I began to complain and ask that they stop calling. They would respond that they were taking my number (they don't have my name) off the call list. After the calls continued I began to ask to speak to their supervisor. The superviosr would listen and then promise to take my number off. One explained that my numbe was already"queued" for removal but that it took 48 hours.

Six days late I am still getting calls. After recently (on a Saturday morning) asking to speak to a supervisor and getting the same story I asked to speak to his superviosr. He claimed at first that he didn't have one! He gave me a corporate number 1-866-312-0375. This number is just answered by another call center where you get the same story. I have now called this number twice and gotten the saem promise to be taken off the to call list.

This company assumes that everyone they call no matter how badly they may have made a mistake in tracing the number of the person with the bad debt is a dead beat and they treat you without respect.
