I called in on 9/6 because of a failed securitysystem. As of the above dat an appt has not been set up to come and profram the system. I talked with a Brandon (suppose to be a superviser) abour why is taking so long to get service. I have called every day to see w shat is taking so long to get service. He claim the service department has the work order and they were going to get a whole of me to set up an appt to come out and service the system. I told i am calling the better business bureau and he told to go ahead. Buyer beware. I would not recommend this company to any one.
