FirstLine install my alarm system on 12 July.
January 31st 2008 my system went down.
Call their tech support and they tested my system, told me I needed a new radio. On Febuary 1st, they ordered a new radio. March 1st, they recieved the part. I called the tech center to find out when they were going to install radio. I was told, they would have find a service center near me to put in the radio. They also inforn me, that it would cost me $25.00 to have it installed. It is now April 18th and no new radio or service. I have asked to be let out of the contract.
They said I would have to pay for the remainder of the contract. I have filed a complaint with the California Contracors Licence Board. Also, filed a complaint with the California Consumers Affairs Lawyers. I turned in a complaint with their bond insurance company. I called SAI, to find out when my system would be up an running.
We are still looking for a service center to install the radio. They would not tell me how long that would be.
