Company emailed to say i could qualify for a loan of £1000. On phone enquiry I spoke to an advisor and just asked him to send info out about company. He said he needed my bank card details to verify I had a UK account. Then said he would send info and if it was suitable I could contact them back if I wished to proceed.

Received info as requested, quoting payment line number to pay. On checking my bank account they had already taken out £69.

Have tried to complain but just get phone slammed down on me and yet this company is supposed to be registered with FSA
