Ordered hair products... Then cancelled Keranique product continuance on 1/4. I had been offered Value Plus and Fun Source which i declined at the time. I noticed bankcard being charged $24.95 each for Value Plus and Fun Source from 1/13 until 5/14. Contacted Keranique, (Joe) and they cofirmed that they had closed my account and that Fun Source/Value Plus were a different company. Eventually obtained the name and address of Membership Services in Hopkins, Mn. To file complaint. I sent my 1st letter on 6/14,2nd on 6/28 and 3rd on 8/23 and have not heard anything further.
