Isigned up to receive a $3.95 sample of 4 parts of the Keranique hair system. When I received a full size set, I was rather pleased. I used the product and thought it was nice but realized the products were very expensive and thought they were not worth the price.

I happened to be examining my bank account and noticed a $79.95 charge from them. I called them and they were asking me how I liked the products and I told them. (very courteous until...) I said that I noticed a charge from them and they said I signed up for it. I said I did not and proceeded to get quite nasty. They said if I would have read my stuff better I would have realized. Today there was a second charge of 79.95.
