A horizon temp worker in Ft. Worth Texas may have stolen apartment tenants rent money and disappeared with it. The tenants where evictied. Horizon claims to check out the backgrounds of their employees for their customers but does not seem to do a credible job of it. They do not supperives them either. I get no response from horizon if they are in fact the company that sent the thief in question.
