On television they advertized lumatone "free sample" so i wanted to try it and ordered it with $5.95 shipping and handling. The following month 9/1 they billed my debit card for $47.00. My bank cant do anything cause its an internet order and when i finally got them on the phone at 2:12 pm today 9/6 and spoke to helen i.D.#1387 she stated there was a box that was checked (which i never checked i had unchecked it) and that box was authorizing a monthly order of this crap that does not work. Thier customer service number i 800-943-6465 and this is a scam designed to rip people off. They said i have to send the product (which i never ordered) back first before they would give me a refund, this is my damn sockial security money and they stole it, i want it back.
