I placed an order with LeanSpa and I canceled and received an email on May 5. I told them that I had returned all shipments to them and would wait for the refund. I called LeanSpa on Jun 24 & stated I hadn't received the refund and Nicole stated that they had received the shipment and my refund would be credited in ten days. That didn't happen! Today 9/6 I called and was informed by Paul that I would not get a refund because the shipment did not get returned in 30 days. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told none available.
