My name is Audrey Hall, My husband, Terry, and and I purchased a cancer policy over 20 years ago and have been paying on it all these years.in September I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had surgery, treatments and filed a claim with mutual of omaha to offset the medical bills and to help us financially as we deserve since we have been paying on the policy for years and years. They paid us a flat $1,500 and will not pay anymore. That was a drop in an ocean and the policy was for $200,000 max. I am terrible upset with them and very dissatisfied. They are still sending payment requests for us to continue paying for something that we cannot ever receive a claim for.
