Their tactics are unethical and in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

I have filed a complaint with the NY State Attorney's Office and I suggest you all do the same. (Since this company called me from a new york office, that is where I faxed my complaint.)

The NY State Attoryney is Andrew M Cuomo and his fax number is #212-416-8787... There is a complaint form that you can fill out online under "NY State Attorney's Office"... This is nutz.
