Extorted, Ripped off, Gross miscommunication of important information

In June of I Ordered a meal through the FeedMe. Ie Service online. Along with my meal I was offered a 'Bonus' in the form of two 'free' DVD rentals through a web service called 'Screenclick.com':

Above is the website itself, however, the link provided actually leads you to THIS page:

As can be seen from the page, all you can see initially is the 'Submit' box where you enter the code you receive along with your order to 'Receive your two free dvd rentals'. On initial view, the terms and conditions are not in view, nor are they indicated anywhere on the initial part of the page and given the simplistic view that is given to the consumer, it is very easy to simply enter the code and miss them altogether.
