Lack of Service

My sister and I arrived and ordered at 3:37 P.M. No one came to get our drink/orders for 15 minutes so I went up to the register and told the person there. She said that "he" would wait on my sister and me. A man came back to get our orders and then the waitress who was supposed to get it came over to apologize and said she was on the other side (like that is my fault?). Then another waitress came to wait on us. I didn't get my Sirloin Tips until 4:20 P.M.
