PlayMore Pools Dallas complaint
Poor Service, Bad Company, Very Unprofessional

I have had the EXACT same experience as the user TULIP!!! Playmore pools is a joke! I am paying for an $70,000 pool and Have had SOOOOO many problem first with building it, The time it took to build it (said it would be done in 6-12 wks) but took 6 months to build. Ever since then everything has gone down hill. The owner is very unprofessional and could care less about the pool after the project is done. Contacted him to fix something that broke and he refused to fix it even though I have warranty. They now ignore all of my calls. Pool is cracking after a year, which shouldn't be happening. They always used the excuse of the weather wasn't good enough to start or finish. They would have me waiting for days to come by after they would say that they would be here on a certain day. Theres just too much stuff to even write out on here because it's just been one thing after another with this pool, company and owner. I'm just fed up! Do not make the same mistake! I feel like their website is deceiving!
