Ripoff This is the King of bad pool company, and they're proud of it. Never use this company, unless you like being lied to, and you don't care if they ever finish your pool!

Ipoff: On March 31 contracted this company to build a pool costing $34,825.00, to be completed in 41 working days.

As September 13 the pool is still not completed. This pool comany has not done any work since mid July we've paid them $31,375.00. They do not return our phone calls, then 9-5-06 they call us to tell us that they comming to complete the pool, well ofcourse no one shows up, we call, no returns the calls.

This company has lied repeatly. For example, when they were going to start the pool, and each subsquent construction phase after that, and about what was included in the pool package, we selected our tile colors, interior pool finish, and decking. We did not get the tiles we picked, and the interior finish is not on the pool yet, but we did get the decking we picked. Their employee some of our buliding supplies and this pool company claimed it was a mistake and they would return the supplies, and we are still waiting for those supplies.

On August 1, there was a 14 working day delay that was not their fault, however there has been 119 working day since we signed the contract. That is 5 1/2 months we've been waiting. The summer is gone and we never got to use our pool.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with, they have a "customer is always wrong", "screw" the customer attitude.

If you want a pool, don't use this company, find another company or do without a pool, which what you'll from them.
