Recall work done on vehicle

I recieved a notice in the mail concerning an axel recall on my 1998 ford windstar mini van. I took my vehicle to Cole Story Ford in Coldwater, MI to have the recall looked at. Not to mention I have already had an axel malfunction before the recall even was discovered. The axel split in half with my family of four inside. Luckily we were just backing out of the drive way and not driving 60 mph down the road or this could of been fatal. So after replacing the axel I recieved the recall wanting to be sure the replacement was still in good shape I took it in. My van did not pass the inspection according the recall even after replacing it once. So Ford was backed up with parts because of the recall so cole story ford in Coldwater, MI gave me the option to keep driving my van that didn't pass inspection or use a rental car until my vehicle was finished. I drove the rental car for over two months with not such a word from cole story Ford. Finally March 24 Cole Story Ford called me to tell me my van was finished. Scott at Cole Story Ford expressed some concerns about my front brakes and suggested work and continued to tell me a story on how while putting on the new axle they were not able to get on my back left hubcap, and suggested to buy a new one for 60$! First of all when I dropped my vehicle off there was a hubcap there and when I go pick it up it is just thrown into my van. How professional is that? And to top it all off I had replaced my windshield in my van the fall before and after I picked it up there was a crack down along the bottom of my windshield. I instantly took my vehicle back to Cole Story Ford to show them the damage. The men treated me like I was an idiot and the crack was there and expressed he would return my phone call the following business day. I have yet to recieve a phone call. Cole Story Ford is unprofessional and disrespectful!

I would appreciate this matter being resolve and my vehicle be returned to me in the matter it was gaven to them.
