2012 Ford Focus HB SE

I purchased this vehicle less than a week ago from Lannan Chevrolet and upon driving it on the highway realized that it rolled backwards on an incline and has shuttering transmission issues at low speeds. I traded in my Chevy and have missed the 72 hour return frame. Lannan Chevrolet heard my concerned and is doing nothing about them. I can guarantee I will never purchase a car from them and would like others to err on the side of caution as well. I will be trading in this car for a non Ford once I take it to the dealership to have them try to fix it, to which I have found out this issue remains even after they do all of the work to the car. This review is to simply question the ethics of Ford. Why would you not recall a vehicle if so many complaints have been made about the same exact issue. My faith in Ford is gone.
