I got a call saying tht I was approved for a $7,000 US grant guarenteed by sending them $129 non-refundable amount to India for a donation to help the less fortunate. I did that then I got another call saying the only way the grant money could be sent to my account was to send another $389 to India, but that would be refunded. I did not send that amount.
