I received an unsolicited check in the mail for $2,495.00 with an evaluation form and a letter explaining I have been chosen to become a secret shopper in my area. If I accepted each assignment would pay me $300. My first assignment was to evaluate Western Union by sending $1990.00. The check I received covered the transfer amount the $155 transfer fees, my pay and another $50 to spend at either Sears, Wal-mart, Home Depot, etc. For evaluation. To accept I was to deposit the check and evaluate Western Union by sending a Money Gram. DO NOT DO THIS!!! The check will bounce! The letter was postmarked from Canada with no return address. Report this to the U.S. Postal Service as mail fraud.
