I saw an ad for the "Six Feet Under" all-seasons box-set on Facebook in October. The set was advertised for $80.99 CAD, which was about $20 less than I'd seen it at Costco. I went to www.canadasentertainmentshop.com and purchased the set. With shipping and handling added, the total price I paid was $95.03 CAD.
When the package arrived, it was clear that it was a pirated copy, so without delay I contacted the company via their website and demanded a refund. I was told that if I returned the package (to China, where it shipped from) via registered mail (an additional expense of $40.91 CAD) that I would be refunded the full purchase price and my original shipping cost (but not the return shipping cost of $40.91). So I mailed it back to them December 13. I was told by the post office that packages sometimes took 6 months to reach a far-off destination like that, so I sat back and waited. Until today.
According to the tracking number, the package was successfully received on Feb. 13 at 16:39, location 210315, China. I received no refund, and the website no longer exists.
