Horrible Product

After seeing the commercials for this thing my wife and I finally bit after a few month. First of all some jerk from the company called my wife repeatedly, and after 8pm, to see if she wanted to make another purchase. She told the tool no and just ship my product.

They showed up and don't work. We'd be better of using a piece of plywood on our couch than these flimsy, short pieces of plastic. Won't try for a refund from these crooks.

I registered on this site just for this and hope this keeps at least one person from making the same mistake we made.
