Rip off refusing to cover car repairs

I purchased a car warranty from us fidlelis it sounded great what they would cover and no deductible paid it off never used it then my transmission went out it was suppose to cover it all then i find out fielis is gone and sold it tierone it wants to only cover 775 of it if i send them all my oil changes for 3 years i said the oil changes have nothing to woth the transmission and on top of that you will only cover a portion of it when you should cover it all you wish to go by the contract when its convenient for you
