Hoping to get help in finishing a house I signed up for a fee of $2.97 with grant assist not knowing it was not located in Los Vegas. A week or so later I received an email telling me how to sign in for the grant. There was no mention of an extra charge forthcoming, but upon checking my credit card account on the internet there was a charge of $57.93 a fee of $1.15 for transferring the money out of the country. I called them to ask what the charge was for but did not get a definite answer. They very definitly told me I would not get a refund. I feel this is a big scam.
