After completing all the steps and providing all the answers I could, a tech agreed that he would send a new printer or a credit by e-mail. I was pleased until he said he could proceed no further until I provided him with a credit card number. Why? What can be done. I called the retail store where I bought it and their return policy is 45 days. Thank you.
