At the beginning of this month, this gentleman installed an air conditioning in my house since the first day he installed this air conditioning, the air conditoning was not working properly. He was in my house several times to try to solve the problem and he was unable to fix the problem. The air conditioning works without stopping and imagine the kind of electricity bill we are going to get because of this man's fault plus the other expenses involved in getting a company to fix the problem.

Please tell us what to do to try to solve this problem, this mas is responsible to pay us all the expenses in repairing the air conditioning plus the electricity bill.
