Recently my Palm Pre Phone died. I took it to my local sprint store. I was told I would have to leave the phone so that a technician could take a look. I was given a ticket and the store phone number to call in about an hour. While in the store one of the sales representatives indicated that they had more issues with this phone than with most. When I called they told me that the phone could not be repaired and that I needed to come by and pick up the dead phone. When I arrived at the store I was told that they would order me a new phone but it would take three to four days. This was Monday which meant the phone would arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. I explained to the sales rep that I was a real estate agent and couldn't be without a phone that long. I asked if they could give me a loaner phone but I was told NO! He explained that they couldn't keep up with the loaner phones. I asked if they could give me a new phone, the phone was a defective product and I was told NO! He did tell me that I could cancel my contract and provided me with a phone number. I went home and held a memorial service for the phone. That night I called Sprint Customer Service. The first person I talked with was attempting to contact the store to approve giving me a new phone. I was placed on hold and we were disconnected. I called back and spoke with another representative who transferred me to someone else. The new representative basically said that there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for 45 minutes and then disconnected.

I returned to the sprint store on Tuesday in an attempt to secure a phone. I was told to get on the wait list of customers that were already in the store. After a 15 minute wait I was told that they did not have a phone they could give me. The Sprint Store Manager informed me that he had his real estate license, REALLY&. His recommendations were: 1. Go to a discount phone store purchase a cheap phone to use until they could get me a phone. 2. He could call other stores and if he found a store with a phone I could drive over there and pick it up.

When Sprint get's my bill wrong, drops calls during my business conversations, and show the customer little to no consideration I have been loyal for 20 years. My phone bill averages $300 a month and I have referred relatives to Sprint but still Sprint will not go the extra mile for me and my family. SPRINT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, DON'T CARE IF YOU CANCEL SERVICE AND PROBABLY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT THIS REVIEW.

I will be finding another provider within the next year. If you are a Sprint customer I urge you to do the same. If you are not a customer PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE use a different cell phone provider.
