I wanted a simple search for. 95, which I used, Then I found out that I was charged $19.95 in July AND August for, "Identity Protection." This must have been embedded in the. 95 search, that I did pay for. I received a refund for the August $19.95, because I caught it on my card. I was denied my July refund because their, "Terms and Conditions, " didn't allow it. I was told I could instead have more "Searches, " instead of the Identity Protection. I don't want anything from a company that would, DECEIVE, their customers!!
