They claim to sell a monitoring program for your computer and once you purchase it they deactivate it after a certain amount of time. You can get it deactivated but if you don't do it in the supposed alotted time I doesn't work anymore.By then you have to wait days and days for a response whee they have no intention on fixing the problem but only to give you a refund after thy already have your credit card info. I requested a refund and still haven't received it.
