I order custom ball 2 weeks ago and i was keep follow up with to make sure i receive on time for my special cousin for his birthday. I called and spoke with Chris and he said sorry i cant send on time because they miss ship my order. I did not ask for refund my money. I want my ball. They credit my back and not send me my custom ball. Worst customer service. They told me several time i will get my Q ball on time.
