I too am being ripped off by VisionTel because of EpiClea

Buyer beware of visiontel!!! I am in the process of being ripped off by VisionTel. I sent away for the "free" sample of EpiClear and like the other person on here I was told that I was being sent a 60 day supply and that I had 60 days to decide on whether or not I liked it. Well this stuff is HORRIBLE and I don't know which is worse, the product or the employees.

I have talked to Scott, Mario, Kim and Dede (the supposed supervisor) with no such luck. These people are a bunch of idiots. I talked to the one and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told me no because they go to school to handle these situations... What school??? Scam Artists University?

This company is a crock of BS. I am currently trying to get my $149.95 back off of them but when I spoke to them no one was willing to help me and talk about being rude!!! I am in the service industry and if I treated one person as bad as they treated me then I would not have a job. Even the supervisor got ignorant with me!

Well I am in the process of taking legal action so to speak. I have contacted my bank card to dispute the claim, I have written a letter to the president of the company and I have sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (when I told them I was going to do that they told me that it would be a big mistake on my part). And when I told them I wanted to send the product back they told me they can't accept any packages because of the "new" 9/11 laws that prohibit them from receivng packages back. Bullsh*t!!! You all have probably read the rebuttal from the one current employee... He is the worst. Can't stand this company and I am going to do everything in my power to stop them from scamming another innocent buyer!!!
