Drug Manufacturers: "Impulse" a huge disappointment and a disgrace

Visiontel is a company that sells a product over the phone and says that it is customer satisfaction or your money back. I used the product for 2 1/2 weeks and decided it was not satisfied. I called to find out how to return it and they told me to mail the remaining unused portion along with the order form. I did what I was told in a timely manner (3 weeks after I received the product).

When my next statement came in I did not have a refund but instead they charged me $96.00. When I called about the charge they said that I was given a trial for something that I never ordered or received and that I was suppose to call within 30 days if I did not want it. I told them I had to idea what they were talking about and that I ordered a product and did not like it and requested a refund. They said I would have to call another company about the refund and they were selling something else (which I still did not know what they were talking about).

After long conversations and much frustation I finally got them to credit the $96.00 for the thing I never ordered or received. I then had to call another company to dispute my refund. They said they never received a request form and that since it was now over the 30 day rule of satisfaction that there was nothing I could do.

I spoke with a supervisor and she was of no help. I have since written a letter to the President, which he might not even receive because they would not give me any information, but made me send it to the same address of customer service. This company is a huge disappointment and a disgrace.
