We have never ordered this product! We were charged the money on our credit card and we have no idea how this company got our information. They said we ordered it on line and that they sent a confirmation to our e-mail address. If we had received a confirmation, we would have disputed it INSTANTLY. We never ordered ANYTHING. We NEVER received a confirmation and we obviously never received ANYTHING in the mail. How did RESVPOWER get our information? Is there a corrupt individual at Bank of America that is using or selling our private information? It sounds like a case of identity fraud.
