When I saw the charge on my DISCOVER card, I called the number listed a total of 21 times; the phone was never answered nor was there the ability to leave a message.

I then disputed the charge with DISCOVER card.

Today, I received notice that DISCOVER had reversed my credit and found the charge to be legitimate.

I never ordered, nor did I receive any product. I also never received the confirmation email RESV told DISCOVER they sent to me.

I have no idea how they got my card number, email and address. I suspect it was pirated from some vendor from whom I ordered product - with or without their knowledge - who knows.

In any case I'm cancelling my DISCOVER card - mainly because DISCOVER did not investigate the company before reversing my credit and deciding in favor of RESV.
