On August 8 I noticed a charge of $30.00 on my bank acount that I didn't authorize. After noticing that I also had over draft charges from my bank since this company took without my permission. I've been on the phone with this company every since I noticed charges. As i type this I'm on hold waiting for a supervisior which for some reason is never available. This company is so messed up. One person tells me i'll get my refund 7 to 10 business days. Now there telling me 10 to 20 days. This is crazy, I can't believe this company is still open.
