My fiance and I have just checked our account when we noticed a 30$ withdraw from our account that we did NOT authorize. We called up our bank BB&T to dispute the charge when the woman who was helping us informed us that this was not the first fraudulant claim against this paticular company. She also informed us that until the investigation was completed by BB&T that they would NOT be refunding the overdraft fee. I am VERY angry with the bank because not only am I being robbed by this Fund Assurance company I am also being robbed from the bank. I then called Fund Assurance. They began the phone conversation by asking me for personal information. When I told them how angry I was and my situation they kept telling me that the only way they could pull up "My account information" was by getting my personal information it just made me fume. I have 3 small children and that 65$ was for food. We are not in a financial spot right now to be able to "wait" for our account to be refunded. I am so upset with our bank right now BB&T for hearing my complaint but still taking the 35$ from me KNOWING that this is a scammer.
