I received a letter and check for $14,489.95. The letter said that I had won $1.5 million. The letter provides a name and phone number I should call to start the process of receiving my winnings. The letter says in part, "Depending on your state of residence, you are required by the Sweepstakes by law to pay an insurance fee and a small processing fee with attach check" I will be happy to FAX the letter to you if you give me a number.
